12 things i'm loving on etsy

i'm in full on consumer mode at the moment. i don't know if it's the huge chunk of money we have sitting in the bank, waiting to be the deposit on our someday house, or the fact that so many beautiful things keep popping up in front of me lately but i've been spending extra-overtime visiting thrift shops, perusing eBay and trawling through etsy to try and fill the deep, dark craving for beautiful, unique things. despite the hours i've spent looking, i haven't really bought much (aside from quite a few thrift shop treasures that i need to photograph. damn dark apartment, just one more reason we really need a house) but i feel the need to share a few of my favourite etsy finds of late. for those of you who don't know what etsy is all about, it's an online shopping community for artists and craftspeople to share and sell their goods and there are an amazing array of treats to be found, most at pretty unbelievable prices.

from top right: dovetail mug from dovetail, baby flan-pudding softies from warmnfuzzy, beautiful suede printed change purse from bonspielcreation, grey pearl bracelet from abigail percy, thumbelina petal necklace from esdesigns, small mieko bowl from alyssa ettinger, screen printed postcards from ericka, freefall print from ashleyg, garden shirt in brown tone print from joom, calla necklace from eva666, gocco printed holiday card from apak, doll no. 1 from herzensart.

so pretty.

  1. I love Etsy too, I have some bags there. The dove mugs are so cute and I really adore the herzensart doll.
