Many Moons and The Craft Sessions

It's a big day in Maze & Vale land, a big day indeed. It's Thursday, my one and only true work day. The day I get to catch up on email queries and write this blog post and print up some lovely custom orders. The day I get to tell you that my two colour Many Moons yardage is now available in my shop in three different colours way, printed on wonderful hemp/organic cotton.

Many Moons

And the day that I finally get to reveal my part in an amazing event coming up later this year just outside of Melbourne:

In October of this year, I will be teaching two workshops (which will involve block printing and patchwork - all details revealed next week) at a weekend retreat in the stunning Yarra Valley and I could not be more excited about it! Organised by a team of fellow craft aficionados, this event will bring together some wonderful teachers across an array of crafts, including knitting, sewing, embroidery, patchwork and printing. There will be time to eat fabulous food and even start the morning with yoga if that is your thing (I wish it was my thing but you'll probably find me out with my camera in the mornings). It is going to be so much fun and I am crazily thrilled to meet and spend time with my fellow teachers; Melissa of Tiny Happy; Sophie of Cirque du Bebe; Georgie of Tikki Knits and gorgeous Jules of Woollen Flower who I know and love from craft weekends past. Full workshop details and registration open next week, you can visit the website, sign up for the mailing list and follow The Craft Sessions on Facebook to stay in the loop. EXCITEMENT SUPREME!!
