the irritation of blogger

one of the (many) reasons i moved to this new space was that commenting never worked properly on my previous blog and it was very sad and annoying to find out from people that they had tried repeatedly to leave a comment only to have it never show up. i enabled comment moderation on this blog right from the start because i was getting heaps of spam comments and just approved a bunch of comments from the last few days only to have them... you got it, NOT SHOW UP. so irritating. anyway, i've turned comment moderation off again and have done a test comment that actually worked so i think it may be sorted now. please leave a little hello if you drop by and thanks heaps for sticking with me through multiple address changes and weeks of not posting!
